Does yakoozo.com act as a booking agent?
No, visitors using our free service deal direct with hotels, in the booking process and with any correspondence. Hotels are responsible for all there profile content and customer service activity.

I am a hotelier and want to change my account log in email address.
Presently you will not be able to change the log in email address you gave at registration. You are able to change your contact email that is used for all direct email inquiries to your business. If you have no option but to change your log in email please contact us to delete your account and register for a new one.

I am a hotelier and have forgotten my password.
You can retrieve your password by clicking on the "forgot password" link on the login page. The password will automatically change to your new password, no email will be sent.
